You can email me with the link provided here to learn more about setting up an appointment. Many PPOs will reimburse you for 50-90% of the cost for out-of-network services. The cost can also be covered by HSA and FSA accounts.
If you feel you may qualify for a reduced or sliding fee, please inquire if I have an available spot.
